Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, system of natural healing that promotes, body alignment, balance and pain release. Ortho-Bionomy was developed in early 1970 by Canadian born Arthur Lincoln Paul’s Dr. of Osteopathy. This form of body work, has roots in Osteopathy, Martial Arts, homeopathy and promotes personal realization. The first Ortho-Bionomy class was taught in Toronto Canada in 1976. It is highly effective in working with chronic stress, injuries and pain or concerns associated with postural and structural imbalances. It promotes overall feeling of well being.
